glory

Glory children foundation is a non-profit organization based in Kampala Uganda in the suburbs of Makindye. The foundation was establishing by the founder kasawuli Nicolas. The urge to start the organization was brought by the need to help orphans and other vulnerable children from the poor family in our community. We have 40 in our care and more than 90 others who we do outreach in a family based manner, that is we try to cater for their needs while they are still at their home, these need help because most of them are brought up by single mothers and widows.

Our vision is a world in which all children can grow in a dignified, healthy and secure environment. Our mission is to promote the wellbeing of the children and give them hope and break the vicious circle of poverty through education. We work with partners and well-wishers to secure the future of the children by feeding/clothing /taking them to hospital when sick and ensure that they get an education.

The goal of Glory Foundation is for every child in our community and Uganda at large to have the opportunity to learn, to have a healthy start, and to feel supported and secure living in a future that is hopeful.
